Senior Mobile Developer
As Mobile Developer, your will deliver the preparation of technical specifications, analysis, design and coding of programs that address the business’s needs.. You will also be handling the design and configuration of systems. Apart from technical skills, you'll also be able to lead other programmers and analysts in the achievement of their development objectives.
What you will do?
Launch app features on time

Writes technical specification requirements
-
Works closely with technical and functional vendor consultants
-
Analyzes, writes, tests, debugs and maintains mobile applications
-
Plans phases of mobile development for projects
Manage app performance and maintenance
-
Provides application support to the unit/s being supported
-
Executes/Assigns Requests (e.g. reports, extraction, bug fixes) to programmers
-
Diagnoses problems in response to user reported incidents
User Growth
-
Launch features that will allow for growth of the Digital Bank
-
Knowledgeable of the business operation of the unit/s being supported
-
Prepares/Reviews periodic Status Reports, Incident Reports and other report requirement
What we're looking for?
Experience
-
5 Years Work experience as a Software Engineer or equivalent role required
-
4 + years work experience developing and shipping high-quality iOS/Android applications preferred
-
4 + years work experience developing and supporting reusable iOS/Android components preferred
-
4 + years of experience with Objective-C and Swift for iOS, Java for Android
-
4 + years of object oriented programming based development preferred.
-
In-depth understanding of the iOS/Android platform and its apps development ecosystem
-
Experience in RESTful API based integrations.
-
Experience application performance optimization.
-
Experience working as part of Agile Scrum teams preferred
-
Work experience in a bank and FinTech will be an advantage
Technical Skills
-
Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, concepts, and technologies obtained through formal training and / or work experience.

Proactively shares knowledge and skills of software development and testing to solve a range of problems.

Basic Project Management Skills
-
Knowledgeable on various programming languages including report writing mobile application components (e.g. Swift, Objective-C, Java)

Able to lead multiple assignments, whether administrative or project related, while maintaining a successful level of completion in all responsible work. Able to mentor others to do the same.

Ability to lead ideating, presentations, mentoring and group-thinking sessions. Ability to influence without authority.
