Eligibility:
This promo is open to all newly approved Komo savings account holders for the months of November and December who have met an average daily balance of ₱2,000 for the cut-off dates that their account is approved (i.e., November 8 to November 15 approved accounts met ₱2,000 ADB for the whole month of November, November 16 – December 15 approved accounts met ₱2,000 ADB for the whole month of December)
Users not eligible for the promo:

Blacklisted accounts. User is included in Komo’s blacklisted accounts

New Komo Savings Account holders need to maintain an ADB of ₱2,000 within the monthly promo period to qualify for the free Komo debit card.

Komo Savings Account Approval Cut-off Dates: November 8 – November 15, and November 16 to December 15, 2024

Promo period ADB will be computed for the months of November and December 2024
Reward: Eligible customers will get a Komo physical debit card.
They will be notified of their eligibility within 7 days after the monthly promo cut-off. Debit card will be delivered to the registered address of the Komo account within 10 business days from receipt of eligibility notification.
FREE DEBIT CARD + FREE INSTAPAY TRANSFERS
Eligibility: This promo is open to all existing Komo savings account holders (approved prior to the promo period) who do not have a physical debit card yet and those who have increased their average daily balance to at least ₱2,000 for the month November.
Users not eligible for the promo:

Closed accounts prior to promo. Users have closed your Komo account within 90 days prior to the promo period

For November qualifying period: Users who have an ADB equal to or above ₱2,000 as of EOD November 8, 2024.

Komo Savings Account holders need to increase their ADB (Average Daily Balance) to at least ₱2,000 within the monthly qualifying period

Qualifying Cut-off Dates: November 8 – 30
Reward: Eligible customers will get a Komo physical debit card and 3 free InstaPay transfers weekly for the month of November and/or December.

Physical debit cards will be delivered to the registered address of the Komo account within 10 business days from receipt of eligibility notification. Eligibility notification will be sent 7 business days after the end of the month via SMS.

Transfer fees for transfers made in November will be refunded to eligible accounts. Capped at 3x weekly per month.

When is the Promo Period?
The promo period is from November 8 to December 31, 2024
I already have an active physical Komo debit card, can I get another one if I qualify?
No, only accounts with no physical debit card can avail one. But you will still be eligible for the free InstaPay transfers.
Can I replace my old physical Komo debit card card with a new one from the promo?
No, only accounts with no physical debit card at all can avail themselves of the incentive. But you will still be eligible for the free InstaPay transfers.
When will I receive the reward?
You will be notified of your eligibility within 7 days after the qualifying period (i.e., for November eligible, 7 days from end of November).
Debit cards will be delivered to the registered address of the Komo account within 10 business days from receipt of eligibility notification.
