How do I deposit from another bank?


Initiating an interbank fund transfer from your existing bank's mobile or online banking platforms. You may also transfer from any e-wallet that supports InstaPay (GCash and PayMaya). *Instapay fee charges may vary depending on bank charges. Kindly visit the Official BSP page for the list of banks that have instapay fees. Step 1: Deposit money to your Komo account by using the Transfer to Other Banks feature of your other e-wallet or banking apps. Step 2: Provide your Komo Account Name and Account Number. Step 3: If you’re transferring from EastWest Online: Select “EastWest Bank” as the receiving bank, and use the account number on your Komo app as the receiving account number (starts with 5000). If you’re transferring from another bank app that’s not EastWest: Select “EastWest Rural Bank” as the receiving bank, and use the account number on your Komo app as the receiving account number (starts with 5000). Step 4: You may use InstaPay or PESONet to deposit to your Komo account. Please note that InstaPay transactions will reflect immediately while PESONet transactions may take 1-2 banking days to process, depending on the cut off times specified by the sending bank.




Can I receive international remittances through Komo?


Komo does not accept international remittances right now. Remember that you must always choose Komo or EastWest Rural Bank as your target bank to avoid floating transactions.

Are there fees when I use send money from a different bank account?


Yes, your partner bank’s online banking app will still apply InstaPay fee charges which may vary depending on how much the partner bank charges. You may check out BSP’s (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) page for the updated list of bank charges.





Depositing from the Komo app

How do I deposit from the Komo app?


Step 1: Tap the plus (+) sign on the Komo dashboard Step 2: Enter the amount that you wish to deposit to your account Step 3: Click Proceed Step 4: Select the bank of your choice Step 5: Log-In using the username and password of the bank chosen Step 6: Complete your log-in by entering the One-Time-Pin sent to your mobile Step 7: Select your source account Step 8: Authorize the transfer using the code send to your mobile Step 9: Transfer successful!




Are there fees when I deposit from Komo?


Fees will depend on your deposit amount: • If you deposit P25,000 and above, there will be no charges on Komo’s side though your source bank will be charging you InstaPay fees* • For deposit amounts below P25,000, a P5 service fee will be charged to your Komo account and your partner bank will be charging you InstaPay fees*. *InstaPay fee charges may vary depending on how much the partner bank charges. What are the accepted partner banks?


For depositing using your Komo app, our partner banks are BDO, BPI, MetroBank. PNB, RCBC and UnionBank. J If your bank is not on the list, don’t worry! You may still deposit from your *bank’s online banking app or website. *InstaPay fee charges may apply.
