Komo does not accept international remittances right now. Remember that you must always choose Komo or EastWest Rural Bank as your target bank to avoid floating transactions.

Are there fees when I use send money from a different bank account?
Yes, your partner bank’s online banking app will still apply InstaPay fee charges which may vary depending on how much the partner bank charges. You may check out BSP’s (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) page for the updated list of bank charges.
Depositing from the Komo app
Are there fees when I deposit from Komo?
Fees will depend on your deposit amount:
• If you deposit P25,000 and above, there will be no charges on Komo’s side though your source bank will be charging you InstaPay fees*
• For deposit amounts below P25,000, a P5 service fee will be charged to your Komo account and your partner bank will be charging you InstaPay fees*.

What are the accepted partner banks?
For depositing using your Komo app, our partner banks are BDO, BPI, MetroBank. PNB, RCBC and UnionBank. J If your bank is not on the list, don’t worry! You may still deposit from your *bank’s online banking app or website.
