Eligibility Requirements

Criteria	Requirements
Employers	Should not be employed by: Political Entities/PNP/AFP Companies involved in Gambling, Vice, or Informal Lending
Income	Gross Monthly Income => ₱ 13,000
Email	Required and should be the same as the Komo account email
Mobile Phone	Required and should be the same as the Komo account mobile number
Age	21 to 65* Years old *Final Monthly Installment should not be past the date the applicant turns 65.
Address	Residence of the applicant must be within the areas serviceable by EastWest Credit Operations
Citizenship	Filipino citizenship only

Document	Requirements
Application Form	Fully filled-in Komo Digital Loan application form with: a) all required details filled in, b) accepted Terms and Conditions, and c) OTP approval as loan acceptance
Proof of Income	Upload a clear picture of any one of the following:
	If Employee (Salaried):
	1. One month or half-month payslip/payroll sheet dated not longer than 1 month from application date (e.g., if applying on April 10, the payslip should March 15 or later), or
	2. Certificate of Employment (COE) that is: a) signed by the authorized HR signatory, b) issued at most 1 month from application date, and c) states the monthly/annual income of the employee
	If Self-Employed:
	1. Income Tax Return (latest) with BIR or Bank stamp
	2. Audited Financial Statements (most recent)
