• Login to your Komo account

• Click “Load” on your dashboard

• Choose your telco provider

• Choose from “Regular”, “Data”, or “Combo”

• Choose the amount or load package

• Input the mobile number you will load to

• Enter the OTP to authenticate the transaction

• Amount will be deducted from Komo balance to purchase the load.

• Wait for the load to be credited to your chosen mobile number.

There are no additional fees when buying load through Komo. The amount stated upon selection of the load variant will be the final deductible from your Komo account balance.

The following would be available for load top-up:

• GLOBE AUTOLOAD MAX

• SMART, SMART BRO & TALK N’ TEXT LOAD

• SUN EXPRESS LOAD

• DITO LOAD

When you enable biometric transactions in Account Settings, you will also be able to authenticate Buy Load via biometrics.

There is no limit on the number of transactions and buy load variants you would like to avail via the Komo app.

Yes, you can buy load for others by specifying their mobile number as the recipient of the load when entering the transaction details.

You can see your most recent purchase in the dashboard and can immediately purchase by clicking on “Buy”. For saving of Favorites though, we’re working on enhancing the experience in the next app versions to come.

Once processed, load transactions are considered final and are no longer refundable. So please double check that all details are correct prior to input of the OTP or biometric which will trigger processing of the transaction.
